Or, did they actually use language that tells you that it is their opinion that prices should be controlled? Usually, the price control argument is viewed as a Democratic perspective....

Title: A huge protest in Egypt
1- How long did search for the listening? 20 Minutes
2- Why did decide on this listenig?
It is a topic that I could be able to understand and take key notes in order to prepare the summary.
3- How long did listen? 20 Minutes
4- What other resources on the site did you access?
I used the same browser address until to begin a topic that I could understand and take notes. It tooks 15
minutes.
5- How difficult was the listenig?
Much too difficult X a bit too difficult just right very
easy too easy
6- How much on the listenig did understand? 80 %

Explain your answer:
I could be able to recognize words that make me understand what the reporters were telling on this report. Since I
could understand many words, the quality of understanding became higher, but still
are other words that create a kind of “blanks” on the overall understanding
that I have to improve.

7- How did listen? Describe the strategies you used.
I listened to the program by a headphone and I took notes in a computer at Word Office program.

You may want to practice notetaking with a pencil/pen and paper since you won't be able to take notes online. That will help you more to prepare for the 'real' test. ;-)

8- What was the listening about ( write your own title )?
Is about a big protest in Egypt, where more than 100.000 people went out to the estreet in order to protest
against the actual Government.
9- Write a short summary. 4-5 sentences.
In Egypt, many people, around 100,000, are on Egyption streets in order to protest against the actual Government. It is
has been happening for continuos five days, on the Capital, Cairo. The main reason
which led the protest is that, Egyptian population are not satisfied with the
way that the Government are leading the Country. According one of the
protesters, which was noticed by a reporter who are getting information in
Egypt, the population claim for new jobs and professional opportunity that are
not available at this moment. They claim, thus, for a new Government that could
bring those opportunities and also would bring a real democracy in Egypt.
.
On the other hand, the Government says that, freedom
is a population right but they must to respect the law and the current
Government will keep in charge as a leader.

The Government reaction is definitly strong with a brutal and violent repression,
such as gas. Morever, they cut of structure services such as telephone and
internet. Due to this, the president of United of States, said that, the
protest is a democracy rigth and the population are free for do it. In addition
said that, essential services should not be cut.

Next time try to shorten your summary. Decide what is the essential information and a few details, the same as for a TOEFL speaking or integrated writing. This summary was 200 words. There's a word count tool in the left column of this page. After you save your writing, you can see how many words you used for the summary by copying the passage and pasting it into the word-count page.

10- What’s your opinion of the content? 4-5 sentences.
A government has a huge responsability in terms of bring the best for the
population and continuously make the country grow in different segments such as
education, security and infrastructure. In contrast, instead of bring the
progress some Government chose the way of maintance of government ability and
do not priorize the population necessities. As a result, we have the problem
mencioned above. I really belive that population must fight for their legal right in order to
achieve their goals but always following the right and responsabilities into a
democracy liberty.

11- Does the author express personal opinion? If so what it
is? How can you tell?

Not directly, as many news and magazines, but he did. Is is clear when
we analyse the part of report that mention what the population are looking for.
On this part, the reporter agree with the person who answer him question. In
addition, whe the reporter describe the Government reaction, he do it by using
heavy words such as, strong, brutal and violent repression.

Good analysis, Marcelo!
